We let these shop assistants walk all over us,we don't take the precautionary measures, we don't report these matters to the managers of the shops, we only talk to the assistants. I've worked in the retail industry and I know how "fussy" white customers,they demand good service and I don't blame them.So Dini from now don't just walk away when you are not satisfied with the service call the authorities, if that fails call the national customer services...
